The wheels seem to be made well and were easy to install, but after using them for a week I realized that they aren't quite tall enough for the chair i bought them for and don't rotate 360 degrees like they should because the get jammed under the chair frame. Good wheels, but don't work on all chairs.

Replacement better than Original CastersJuly 11, 2010 dickb(Coronado, CA) Ordered these to replace original casters (which had cracked/failed) on an Office Master Chair. This was a high quality chair which is comparable to those selling for several hundred dollars today. A $25 set of casters is a far better solution than replacing the chair. Casters are of heavier duty than the original, but stem and size fit exactly. Prompt delivery and good quality. I'm very pleased.
