Solid build laptop caddyJuly 17, 2010 K. Chang(Fremont, CA) Took me 45 minutes to assemble (not that complicated). After using for 1 month, it's working fine as I've expected. Would recommend it without hesitation.

After reading other reviews of this laptop desk, I purchased it -- and it's perfect for my needs. It wasn't exactly easy to assemble -- but not that difficult either. I'm using it as I write this. I love that I can move it around easily, and also lock the wheels. Very pleased with this purchase!
very good laptop caddyMay 22, 2010 A. Souri 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
the pic is incorrect, there is 4 rollers not 3
good wood type, very strong and well finished
composed of two portions, the big one which holds the laptop is tilt enabled with 3 angles from the Horizontal plane. the tilting can be done in two directions clockwise and counter CW, lets say the tilting angle is 45 degree per one direction (\ or /). there are 2 guards (1cm in height) to prevent the laptop from sliding on steep tilting angles (the black lines in the pic)
the small one which is fixed, I use it for the mouse pad.
the height is adjustable from 60cm up to 110cm
the rollers are lockable
the metal frame is strong enough and well finished too
Well built, but never really fit for me.April 12, 2010 knight427(Minnesota) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've had this caddy for several years now and saw this while searching for a new one. Why am I replacing it? Because it doesn't fit with any of chairs or couches in my house that I wanted to use it with. Sure it will work with an office chair or a dinning room chair, but I have a desk for the former and a dinner table for the latter. I wanted this for lounge computing, which could only happen with both me and the caddy sitting at odd angles.
Here's the basic problem. The bottom leg is too high to fit under our couch and comfy chairs. And even it was able to get under them, the table height would have to be really high to fit over the couch/chair arm.
I gave it 3/5 stars b/c it is well built, and if you know it will work for your needs, I'm sure you'll love it.
Also, I do have a lap desk, but I would prefer to get the laptop off my lap while allowing me to be on the couch or comfortable chair though.

Good instructions enclosed with Laptop Caddy. Allen wrench was fine but open end box wrench enclosed was so small and flimsy it was useless. Used one of my own instead.
This is well made and well engineered. I use it for a lot of things and recommend it.
