I was dragging my feet on paying $40 for this on Amazon (the price at the time of this review) even though I googled several times to try to find it cheaper and could not. Well I found it on a Walmart shelf today for $24.88!!!!!!! Can't be that!

This is a great little laminator, and I've used it even more than expected. But during a momentary lapse of reason, I tried to use a partial pouch - one that was not sealed on the bottom. They tell you not to do it, but I did anyway. Everything disappeared into the machine, and didn't come back out. It didn't look like I could open it up without destroying it, so I called their 800 number. They were so nice, and they sent me a mailing label to ship it back for free. They said that if they could fix it, they would do so and send it back. If they couldn't, they would send me a new one. All free of charge - which is incredible since it was my own fault for doing what they said not to do. I just got a new one in the mail. I only paid $30 for this, yet they replaced it free of charge when I messed it up. You just can't do any better than that!

I didn't know there were affordable laminators out there, but this one is perfect for my needs! So far I have laminated daily charts for my kids, some little 1-page games, and tags for the charts.

I really like this laminator. I made a mistake and put the laminating paper in the wrong way and it became stuck in the machine. Not realizing that the paper had wrapped itself around the rollers, I tried to get it out by inserting another piece of paper. So then I had 2 papers wrapped around the rollers and of course it didn't work. But as it cooled down, I was able to pull on a tab of paper that was not in the machine and little by little I was able to remove everything and since then this little laminator has been perfect. For the price, you can't beat it. I have used it to laminate medical cards, signs for my encaustic paintings, newspaper articles and I have had no problems with it. It is small so it doesn't take up much room, it heats up quickly and I would recommend it for household use of any type.
