This pad works as intended by greatly increasing the pad real estate so now I do not have to pick up the mouse to reposition it as you must do on a small mouse pad when you get to the edge. It is large enough to use with a second mouse that I use to control an another computer. The price is high for what you get but that is because not many of these are sold - it's a speciality item. If you find yourself needing more pad real estate this item is a must!
