P touch tapesApril 8, 2010 Mary H. Schmitt(usa) Have had my Brother PTouch labeler for over 10 years and still works like a charm. The tapes are horrendously expensive at the office supply stores but found them for less than half price at Amazon.
T Z tapes for P Touch label makerDecember 13, 2009 Rick E. Mcguire The cost of the tapes is too much but $10 each is better that $20 each. The tape is of good quality for the P Touch label maker and they will fit most of the P Touch labelers. I can live with this.

This laminated tape is excellent. I use it to print labels for my daughter's bottles at daycare. I have the dishwasher set to heated dry time in order to sanitize the bottles and the tape has survived five cycles so far without melting or moving. It's wonderful.
The print is clear and not runny and because the laminate is placed over the printing, it continues to look as great as when I first printed them.
